With 40 years of experience in the fire field, owner and operator, Ponciano “Willie” Cinco, provides thorough preliminary fire inspections prior to the final Fire Marshal inspection by diligently assessing facilities with the clients.

Willie spent the first 32 years of his tenure as a servant to the citizens with the City of Houston as a Firefighter/EMT, Engineer Operator/EMT, Emergency Dispatcher, Fire Inspector, Office of Inspector General Investigator, and Arson Investigator.

The last eight years have been spent as a Fire Inspector assigned to large projects with the Harris County Fire Marshal’s Office, while also performing the duties of a Field Training Officer by training new inspectors.

Willie has handled various sizes of projects during his tenure conducting fire inspections from the ground up to the final inspection issuing a Certificate of Compliance.
